Mushroom Dumpling Ravioli
Inspired by both Marco Pierre White’s Ravioli of Lobster with a Beurre Soy Sauce and a dish of trumpet king mushrooms in sake-butter soy sauce from Denver restaurant TOKIO, this is a fun way to make homemade ravioli’s without having to make any dough, instead using pre-made dumpling wrappers sold in most grocery stores.
